摘要
[Objective] To assess the implementation of occupational safety and health management system. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted in two types of labor-intensive enterprises to collect feedback information after implementing occupational safety and health management process, the contribution of the management elements of the system to the indicators was verified by multiple regression analysis; the multi-collinearity effects among the management factors were eliminated by stepwise regression analysis; then a system of occupational safety and health management indicators was built. [Results] The average total contribution rates of evaluation of safety indicators to the evaluation of safety management factors were 37.0% in the machining companies and 38.9% in the chemical companies, respectively, which met the threshold level more than 30%, indicating most the safety management factors are a full set of indicators. Stepwise regression analysis to eliminate the multi-collinearity effects among the management factors revealed that the total contribution rates of four factors to the two businesses were 70.7% and 65.8%, respectively; indicating the independent variables are best to predict the overall performance effrct of dependent variables. [Conclusion] The evaluation index system of OSHMS could meet the relevant requirements in China mathematically and theoretically, it is hepful to improve the OSHMS.
