摘要
The electrical parameters (voltage, impedance, deposited and reflected power) are measured and calculated for waveguide HF-dischareexcited CO2 laser. An optimization of the power deposited in the active media is carried out. The generation power 36 W (near 1 W/cm) and efficiency 20,3 %, the best combination for this type of laser, is realized.
