A MATHEMATICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE METROLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PULSE ACOUSTIC FLOWMETERS

摘要
A mathematical description of the basic metrological characteristics of pulse acoustic flowmeters is developed in the article. An analysis of the mathematical description is carried out, as a result of which the basic sources of errors in the measurement of the rate of flow of the substance are determined, a possible method of increasing the measurement precision is indicated, and a design for the assembly of the flowmeter that increases the measurement sensitivity is proposed.
