摘要
In the following paperwork the theory of Sliding Mode Control is applied, to regulate the position and speed of a motor of direct current. The mathematical development that will allow designing the controller will be expressed through virtual instruments in the block diagram of the LabView (R) software, which allows manipulating variables in real time thanks to the card of data acquisition DAQ6024E of the National Instruments. All the data is entered and got from the computer in an analogical form seen like a voltage signal. This insertion of data is possible through a digital tachometer that it interprets the pulses of the designed optical stopper as rad/seg for the case of the speed or in radians for the position. The exit of data is adapted through the amplification circuit and a power circuit that regulate the excitation voltage. With the purpose of obtaining a greater precision in the position of the axis of the motor the controller applied a constant tension whose value does not exceed the 2 volts in the terminals the motor. The engine speed will not exceed 190 rad/seg, so it may work in a rank of tension between 0 and 10 volts in terminals, with this was guaranteed the optimal operation of the circuit of power without reaching his limit of operation. All results obtained to control the position and angular velocity is satisfactory for desired radian and radians / sec of DC motor values.
