The analysis presented in this job provided readers the real state of higher education in Colombia using these states can undertake a study on the strengths and weaknesses of the organizations or institutions of higher education in order to identify the threats and opportunities that are present in the market, and from the observation and analysis of them, this innovative and creative processes offer a new training proposals with flexibility, and a high degree development of skills and abilities for an increasingly demanding and competitive labor market.
