摘要
How well a firm develops and manages its dynamic capabilities can determine whether it will be passively reactive to stakeholders' concerns or pro-actively seek new opportunities from changes in the market environment. Top-level management needs to have a clear and dedicated vision toward these strategy changes. Drawing on the so-called dynamic capabilities view, this article develops a conceptual framework examining the necessary capabilities that firms need to gain competitive advantage and sustainability.
