摘要
Self-regulation strategies used by students seem able to adequately influence on their academic performance (Pintrich, 2000; Manrique, 2004). The student self-regulated is that intentionally and proactively define and decide their way to learning to learn the main characteristics that define him are (1) motivation, and (2) self-planning. What style / s of learning these characteristics remind us? Do all students can acquire the skills that describe selfregulated learning? What teaching strategies, family, work should be designed and implemented to ensure that students learn to self-regulate their learning and / or your lifestyle? What teaching style is best suited to train students self-regulated?
