摘要：
In the last years, the emergence and spread of viral infections have been described with increased frequency and becomes a serious problem. The development of novel effective antiviral agents is urgently needed. 1,2,3-triazoles have attracted a big interest in medicinal chemistry for their various biological activities and diverse properties. This review aims to outline the advances in the application of 1,2,3-triazole derivatives as antiviral agents.
