Abstract: We find solvability conditions and describe the construction of a generalized Greenoperator for the Cauchy problem. For a linear Noetherian differential-algebraic boundary valueproblem, we describe the construction of a generalized Green operator, find existence conditionsfor equilibrium states, and describe their construction. © 2020, Allerton Press, Inc.
