摘要
A study was undertaken to see how sulfuric acid and alkalis would affect the firing temperature of a current-conducting composite. It was found that sulfuric acid, when added to the composite, acts to depress the firing temperature, and the alkali causes it to rise. The proposed current-conducting coatings will extend the service life of heating elements, improve their efficiency, and exclude the use of the precious metals.
