摘要
Transparent electrically conducting coatings on glass substrates (transparent electrodes) based on functional multi-walled carbon nanotubes were obtained. The effect of preliminary treatment of the glass by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane on the coating deposition process was determined. Composite transparent electrically conducting films on glass from PEDOT:PSS polymer and multi-walled carbon nanotubes were obtained; the resistance of such a film was 180 Omega/cm(2) with 83% transmittance.
