For nilpotent quantum groups [as introduced by Franz et al.(7)], we show that (in sharp contrast to the classical case) the symmetrization \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document} $$\mu * \bar \mu $$ \end{document} of a probability distribution μ and the first moments of μ together determine uniquely the original distribution μ.
