摘要
The antianemic activity of water-soluble polymetallocomplexes of pectin polysaccharides containing d metal ions - Fe2+, Co2+, and Cu2+ - at different ratios was studied in laboratory rats. The results showed that complexes had marked stimulatory effects on hematopoietic processes, with increases in hemoglobin concentrations and erythrocyte counts, along with intensification of the recovery of hematological parameters after anemia induced by hemorrhage. The highest level of activity on hematological measures was obtained with the polymetallocomplex containing Fe2+, Co2+, and Cu2+ ions at a ratio close to 1:1:1. © 2008 Springer Science+Business Media, Inc.
