Current State and Prospects for the Use of Information and Communications Technologies in Russian Medicine

摘要：
An analytical review of scientific research in the field of contemporary biomedical computerized systems is presented. The review is based on the discussions held within the framework of the section Information and Communications Technologies in Medicine and Ecology of the XIVth International Scientific Conference on Physics and Radio Electronics in Medicine and Ecology (PhREME’2020). Information technologies, such as wavelet analysis, fuzzy logic, and artificial neural networks, play an important role in studies involving digital processing of biosignals and ROC monitoring results. They are used to solve important problems of medical diagnosis, as well as to enhance the intelligence of medical equipment.
