Production of glucosyl-transferring enzyme by Aspergillus niger in batch cultures

摘要
Aspergillus niger produced an extracellular glucosyltransferase with a high transglucosylating activity. Among carbon sources tested, maltose gave the highest enzyme production: 0.20-0.26 units/ml.
