摘要
By means of mathematical and experimental modelling of the process of deep drawing of axis-symmetric workpieces, we have defined a mathematical model of drawing force and the optimal range of the metalforming process. A mathematical model of drawing force shows the interdependence of geometry of roofs ( roundness radius of the die r(M)), forming process (degree of strain phi) and the tribological conditions of the plastic forming (coefficient of contact friction mu). The elaborated mathematical model shows rather accurately the course or forming process within the range examined by this research.
