摘要
The postharvest physiology of Black Amber, Climax, Stanley, Beauty and Bluefre plum varieties was studied. After harvest, the fruits were stored at 1 degrees C and 85-90 % relative humidity for 4 to 9 weeks. Fruits were analyzed for weight loss (%), total soluble solids (%), titratable citric acid contents, fruit flesh firmness and pH. Weight loss and total soluble solids increased with time whereas titratable citric acid contents and flesh firmness decreased. Based upon on data, plums can be stored for 4-8 weeks at 1 degrees C.
