摘要
Two applications claim novel ureido 5-(2-aminoethoxyphenyl)thiophenecarboxamide derivatives that differ in the position of the attached alkoxy chain, either ortho or para, as I kappa B kinase-2 (IKK-2) inhibitors. Some of the compounds display low nanomolar potency, and the compounds are claimed to be useful in the treatment of asthma, rheumatoid arthritis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
