摘要：
This article combines the qualitative analysis method with quantitative analysis method; uses the SWOT Model as a framework; puts forward the concept of strategic vector; introduces the support vector machine to the field of strategic analysis; by the means of software technology; illustrates the mechanism of the SVM based enterprise strategic analysis; builds the SVM Based Enterprise Intelligent Strategic Analysis System, improves the reliability and validity of Strategic analysis.
