Research on enterprise strategic early warning & responding mechanism

Looking down the history of enterprise growing up, you can see that only a few enterprises can live longer than 100 years. There are many reason that lead to enterprise die out, but they possess nearsightedness, rash advance, slack, lack of emergency measure are amazingly same. So enterprise should set up a system strategic frame to early warning. Based on the relative theories such as performance measurement, organization development, this paper tries to build enterprise strategic early warning and responding system. By analyzing strategic situation, strategic procession, strategic performance, the paper try to establish accordance model to inspect coordinate between enterprise mission and procedure, organize and personal, enterprise culture. And the paper also tries to construct strategic performance model to assess synthesize finance, custom, ability and creation of enterprise, so that can set up general enterprise management early warning mechanism in the final.
