摘要
The paper offers a reflection about an intercultural education practice from the teachers' perspective. It highlights the current situation of school practices whose main model is based on cultural diversity. An analysis of primary school teachers' approach to intercultural education is also undertaken, investigating teachers' perceptions on its educational potential in school practice. Moreover, ideas and measures to improve the practical application of intercultural education are put forth; the aim being to achieve a more in depth, inclusive and overall conception of cultural diversity in schools. It puts on of relief the current situation of the school practices that have in the cultural diversity their relating one main. Likewise, we are carried out an analysis of the pedagogic perspective that have the teachers of primary education on the education intercultural, investigating about their perceptions on the educational potential of their development in the school practice. Also, we intend ideas and measures for the improvement of the practical application of the intercultural education that deepen in a more inclusive and more global conception of the cultural diversity in the school.
