摘要
A distinguished Muslim scholar Al-Qaradawi (1999) had explained that the process of getting Halal food must be done thoroughly and meticulously including the inspection of food supply chain which started from purchasing the raw materials until the production of end products. Nowadays, demand for Chinese Muslim food are increasing day by day as Malaysian, especially Malay like to eat at the Chinese Muslim restaurant because of the food, which is recognize as tasty and delicious. This paper emphasized in examining the relationship between customers' perception on Halal food quality towards their revisit intention in Chinese Muslim restaurant. Sample of 500 individuals derived from customers that patronize Chinese Muslim restaurant in Shah Alam. The results showed that Halal food quality had a significant influence on revisit intention. Appearance was an important predictor of revisit intention and followed by ingredients used and taste.
