摘要：
The innovation network of cooperation of industry-university-research institute can obtain technical knowledge superiority. This is an inevitable choice to gain core competencies in knowledge economy. In this paper, it analyses the present situation of Shandong province papermaking industry cooperative innovation network. And provide the concrete suggestions to improve the efficiency of cooperative innovation network.
