摘要：

Industry-university-research cooperative education is the direction of reform and development of higher education, which is an important way of enhancing the student's innovative and practice ability. Combined with the experience of the faculty of electro-mechanical engineering of Guangdong University of Technology, the thought of talent training based on the industry-university-research cooperation and the achievements were expounded. The problems existing in industry-university-research cooperative education were analyzed, and some proposals on how to promote industry-university-research cooperative education were also given.
