Research on the Environment-Friendly Degree of Wuhan City Based on System Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要
In resent years, the construction of a resource-economical and environment-friendly society has become the focus of development of Wuhan city. In this paper, by Principal Component Analysis in System Comprehensive Evaluation, we measure the environment-friendly degree of Wuhan, and compare the development of Wuhan's environmental protection from 2003 and 2007. At the same time, We compare the environment-friendly degree between Wuhan, Guangzhou and Nanjing, and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the environmental protection construction of Wuhan, then draw to the conclusion that in order to construct a environment-friendly society, some aspects such as environmental protection planning, environmental protection investment, and the management of the "three wastes" remain to be improved.
