摘要：
The city is an important carrier of human development, but with the continuous development of human being and the excessive development, it results in a variety of ecological problems in the City, and people also begin to strengthen the awareness of environmental protection. In order to study the urban ecological planning and protection better, this evaluation system tries to establish the evaluation system for urban ecological environment by combining the 'pressure-state-response' model and analytic hierarchy model based on the fuzzy mathematics, thus to provide more theoretical basis for the ecological urban planning.
