摘要
In the course of marketing channel developments channel conflict becomes 6 1 great I issue. This article mainly deals with the channel conflict of Chinese enterprises and put forward,according to channel conflict management innovation theory, which includes theory innovation, framework innovation and strategic management innovation, basic thoughts and tactics on solving the problems of Chinese enterprises' marketing channel conflict and membership management. The marketing channel conflict of the Gree Group is shown as a case study.
