摘要
Actually installed modern HV substation control devices with digital circuits are much more sensitive for direct influence of the electromagnetic fields, voltage or current surges which are transferred from transmission or supply cable lines. This paper will present a numerical method which will allow calculating a lightning hazard of the protection relays installed on HV substation. Received scalar potential distribution results on the HV substation area could be used for proper cable routes arrange which allows minimization of relay lightning hazard. (Lightning hazard minimization of the HV substation signal ports).
