摘要：

This paper will present software that allows transferring computation results from CDEGS to EMTP. By this software a lighting hazard of the protection relays will be computed. The CDEGS software will compute a HV substation ground potential rise during the lightning. Authoring tool will transfer results to the EMTP. The EMTP allows computing a voltage level on the inputs of protection relays.
