摘要
In the paper, the effect of different solution and aging treatment on microstructure and properties of Cu-Ni-Co-Si alloy is investigated in detail. The results show that the recrystallization, grain growth and second phase solubilization are observed during the continuous solution treatment on line of Cu-Ni-Co-Si alloy. When the Cu-Ni-Co-Si alloy is solutioned at 970. and speed of annealing is 10 m/min, aged at 500 degrees C for 8 h, 40 % cold roll and aged at 325 degrees C for 12 h, it has the excellent comprehensive properties, which can meet the needs of high-end lead frame and connectors. The Disk-shaped precipitates have been confirmed as (Ni, Co)(2)Si phase. The crystal orientation relationship between matrix and precipitates is ((2) over bar(2) over bar1)(P) parallel to (200)cu .[102](P) parallel to[001]cu.
