摘要
Employee plays a vital role in each and every organization; the interest of employee will help to achieve the organization's objectives. Successful employee engagement strategy creates a community at a work place and not just a work force. When the employees are effectively and positively engaged with their organization, they keep close contact with the company. A totally engaged employee will invest time and energy in the job, gives 100 percent, feels passionately about its goals and devotes himself to the values of life. This employee goes beyond the basic job responsibility to delight the customers and drive the business forward. Moreover, in times of diminishing loyalty, employee engagement is a powerful retention strategy.
