摘要
The Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM) provides the basic framework for evaluation of uncertainty in measurement. GUM approach requires the computation of the first-order derivatives of all input quantities. The principle of propagation of probability distributions underlies the second approach - the numerical implementation of Monte Carlo method. The aim of this article is to compare some types of commercial programs for measurement uncertainty calculation using Monte Carlo simulation. The main features of each program will be discussed and the results will be compared.
