摘要
Compost has been considered as a safe and efficient method in kitchen waste disposal in recent years. Compost kitchen waste alone is not conducive to its maturity. Co-composting with some amendments could be a good solution for maturity of kitchen waste composting. The experiments based on aerobic composting, with kitchen waste, corn straw, woody peat and sawdust as materials, and temperature, pH, E-4/ E-6, GI, EC, TOC, TN were carried out as indexes to investigate the effect of maturity in kitchen waste co-composting. The result shows that these three kinds of amendments all have a positive influence for kitchen waste composting. The compost-product is completely up to the standard of maturity during co-composting of kitchen waste and corn straw; however, the compost-product with woody peat and sawdust is up to the standard of harmless only. Comprehensive above results, corn straw is the best amendment for kitchen waste composting.
