摘要
Based on the inclusive tourism theoretical assumptions, this study identifies the barriers and opportunities for the professional inclusion of people with disabilities in the tourism sector in Alicante province (Spain). For this purpose, 34 semi-structured interviews to different tourism stakeholders are analysed from a qualitative methodology. The results reveal the existence of prejudices and misinformation but also, the opportunities that can be useful in creating business strategies and public policies.
