摘要
Catalytic reactions in supercritical CO2 have been receiving increased attention during the last decade. This report reviews enzymatic reactions in supercritical CO2 such as carboxylation of pyrrole by a decarboxylase, asymmetric reduction of ketones by an alcohol dehydrogenase and enantioselective esterification of a trifluoromethyl alcohol by a lipase.
