The research and development of the simulation equipment for demonstrating gas explosion

摘要
This article introduces the-design proposal, the principle of work and the debugging method of the simulation equipment for demonstrating gas explosion by explaining the profound things in a simple way. The whole equipment adopts the microcomputer control, which can acquire precise signal and control conveniently. It uses the real-time communication of the microcomputer to control and demonstrate the immediate parameters - - oxygen, gas, temperature. The debugging of the whole equipment is simple and quick. Respectively pressing down the zero parameter key, the slope parameter hypothesis key and the parameter adjustment key, using the second function of manual box to adjust the parameters, the single-chip-microcomputer can set the parameters and store them automatically. The most character of the system in design is the following: Using the single-chip-microcomputer to acquire data, communicating the computer with the demonstrating module through the serial port, it simplifies the hardware circuit, enhancing the system reliabilities and reducing the cost. Besides, acquiring analogy signal adopts the way of frequency acquiring method to make other sensors expand conveniently in the future.
