摘要
Teacher's teaching efficacy is the perception and belief of the teachers in the teaching activities, which can effectively complete the teaching work and achieve the teaching objectives. This study reflects the influence of the enthusiasm and confidence in the teaching of the teachers in the teaching of the three dimensions, which reflects the enthusiasm and confidence. The results show that: (1) The teaching method of physical education teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Shanghai is high, the cooperative learning dimension is high, and the teaching reform is low. (2) teachers' age, education and monthly income have significant influence on the teaching Effectiveness of physical education teachers in Vocational Colleges in Shanghai. (3) The teacher's gender, school attribute (suburban/urban) factors have no significant effect on the teaching effectiveness of the physical education teachers in Shanghai vocational colleges.
