The research on enterprise independent innovation performance evaluation based on the environmental orientation

Independent innovation drives enterprise development, sustainable development strategy guarantees the quality of it. For the purpose of putting the sustainable development strategy into the procedure of enterprise independent innovation smoothly and I making the high-quality and high-rate development of enterprise, on the base of discussing the definition of sustainable development strategy deeply, this paper brings environment factors into the scope of enterprise independent innovation performance. We abstracts the Key Success Factor and Key Performance Index of enterprise independent innovation, by combining the "The analysis report of China Enterprise Independent Innovation Ability" from State Statistics Department in 2005 with Balance Score Card, which is one of enterprise strategy management important tools, and then sets up the index system of enterprise Independent Innovation performance evaluation basing on the orientation of environment.
