摘要：
Insufficient independent innovation ability of enterprises has become to restrain Shanxi's economy and enterprises from further development. According to the inquiry data, this paper sets up an indicator system for evaluating independent technology innovation ability with weight of indicators fixed through principal component analysis. Besides, it applies the indicator system to the evaluation of the sample enterprises' independent technology innovation ability. And thus sound proposals have been put forward.
