摘要：
The improvement of independent innovation ability has become the core of regulating the economic structure, transforming the mode of growth, enhancing national and regional competition power. Based on elaborating the concept and the relevant views of independent innovation, the paper from the perspective of the innovation process, establishes a set of evaluation index system and uses the fuzzy evaluation method and DEA analysis method to evaluate the enterprise independent innovation ability. According to the different levels of independent innovation ability, the study of independent innovation ability should penetrate into industry field that we can purposefully cultivate and improve the enterprise independent innovation ability.
