Comparison measurement of water triple point cells for uncertainty evaluation

摘要
Comparison measurement was performed on some triple point of water (TPW) cells, including the national standard TPW cells. The purpose is to reassess the uncertainty source of realized temperatures of the TPW cells. The results showed the largest difference among them is represented as 0.036 +/- 0.035 mK with the coverage factor k = 2.
