摘要：
This article points out the National Social Security should seek the estimated valuable land and the increment opportunity in the global scope and obtains the ideal risk-income anticipation through the global property disposition. This text discusses on the risk assessment system of overseas investment of the National Social Security and risk assessment work carried based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which hopes it helpful to the theorists and the practical realm.
