Fuzzy Decision Model for Order Due-Date Quotation in a Supply Chain

摘要
We consider supply chain network composed of several centrally managed production facilities as well as distribution centers (DCs). Customer orders are fulfilled through the network. The operation times in the supply chain (SC) are assumed to be fuzzy uncertainty. Under the credibility of the fuzzy total cost constraint and on-time delivery of each order achieving their respective given confidence level, we develop a fuzzy chance-constrained programming model to find the optimal order assignment, scheduling and transportation mode between facilities and the shortest due-date can be quoted to the customers. Two methods, analytic technique to derive the crisp equivalent of the fuzzy problem and fuzzy simulation, associated with differential evolution (DE) algorithm are used to find the optimal decisions. A numerical example is presented at the end of this paper.
