Research on Evaluation Index System of Low-carbon Energy System in Beijing

摘要
Low-carbon energy is an important aspect to achieve a low carbon-city development, taking Beijing city as an example, from low-carbon production, low-carbon consumption, low-carbon resource and low- carbon policy four aspects to establish evaluation index system of low-carbon energy system, by using the linear weighted method to evaluate the low-carbon energy system in 2003-2012 and analysis the changing trend of each subsystem. The results show that, the overall development of low-carbon energy system of Beijing city during 2003-2012 showed a gradual upward trend, already from 2003 levels of high-carbon to low-carbon levels in 2012. Low-carbon production and low-carbon policy level rising steadily, while Low-carbon consumption and low-carbon policy make a small down occasionally.
