摘要
The development of new energy support system has a tremendous impact on the construction of low-carbon city. Based on system dynamics perspective, this paper carries out research and analysis of the development of new energy support system in the construction of low-carbon city from the energy planning, environmental finance, low-carbon technologies and low-carbon consciousness four aspects, establish a success to the successful fundamental mode for dynamic system of the development of new energy support system in the construction of low-carbon city, and put forward relevant development strategies.
