摘要
The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between knowledge management and personnel's performance in international exhibitions in Iran. This research was done in the description and correlation form. After studying literature and research background, main elements of NONAKA and TAKEUCHI knowledge management model with means of socialization, externalization, combination, internalization, we study the relationship between knowledge management and employee performance through researcher making's questionnaire of knowledge management and standard questionnaire of personnel's performance. The statistical society of this research involving all of managers, specialists and personnel's international exhibitions in Iran. Research findings in the framework of purposes and questions of research include: -There are meaningful relationship between socialization process of knowledge and personnel's performance in international exhibitions. -There are meaningful relationship between knowledge externalization process and personnel's performance in international exhibitions in Iran. -There are meaningful relationship between knowledge combination process and personnel's performance in international exhibitions in Iran. -There are meaningful relationship between knowledge internalization process and personnel's performance in international exhibitions in Iran. -There are meaningful relationship between knowledge management and personnel's performance in international exhibitions in Iran.
