摘要：
Subject of this paper is to analyze the impact of quality management on performance of enterprises in the area of tourism and other industries mainly in the manufacturing industry in the Czech Republic. The aim of this article is to find factors in enterprises quality management that affect their performance, without differentiation of industry. The research was conducted through a questionnaire, which was evaluated by means of cross comparison including relevant tests of reliability. The outcome of this paper is a set of factors of quality management, which affect the business performance.
