摘要
Artificial intelligence is the major upcoming technology in various fields, particularly in the medicinal field. It utilizes machines to mimic human intelligence to solve various problems that remain unsolved by humans. This article studies about the history of Artificial intelligence in the medicinal field and also its current applications in drug discovery and various diagnostic aids in major diseases such as Cancer, Alzheimer' s Disease, Arthritis, Hepatitis B, Urinary tract infection, Tuberculosis, and so on. This article also summarizes about the future directions of Artificial intelligence in the medicinal field.
