Using a low-voltage COA for high-performance voltage amplification

摘要
This paper demonstrates that a current operational amplifier (COA) can be exploited to perform high-performance voltage-mode signal processing. Specifically a CMOS low-voltage COA, recently proposed, is used to implement a 1-V voltage amplifier providing a constant closed-loop bandwidth of about 2MHz and exhibiting a THD better than -60 dB for a 1-MHz 600-mV(pp) output signal.
