摘要
From 1978 to 2014, China's economy maintained a sustained growth, which cannot be separated from the development of education and also the support to the development of education. This paper mainly uses the combination of theory with practice, statistical analysis (mainly quantitative research methods), theoretical analysis method, etc. as well as numerical comparison to compare and analyze the numerical relationship between China's educational development and economic growth. Besides, it also discusses the specific role of education development in promoting China's economic growth from various aspects: education provides human resources for economy and investment in education contributes to economic development, providing a basis for further sustainable development of education in China. It has been found in this paper through research that development of China's education promotes economic development, and the development of education has accelerated the pace and process of China's modernization. China needs to further develop education, improve the quality of the people as well as people's scientific and cultural level.
